On the first and second floors there are five double rooms with shower and WC, some have a balcony. The lounge kitchen, television room and the ski and shoe rooms are on the ground floor.

In an hour you can drive via the Großglockner High Alpine Road, one of the loveliest panoramic roads in the Alps, to the highest mountain in Austria, the Großglockner at 3798m. You can ski in the morning in the glacier area with us and in the afternoon enjoy a swim in Lake Zell, which is of drinking water quality. Linked to Zell am See and Kaprun ski areas, and Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, the biggest ski area in Europe opens up to you.
In the immediate surroundings are 30 three-thousand metre mountains, a unique experience for winter sports fans, hikers, mountaineers, mountain bikers, paragliders and nature enthusiasts who want to enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings to replenish their energy stores.
